Zhejiang Shine Law Firm has been approved by the State Intellectual Property Office and obtained the qualification to carry out patent agency business, and has become a "double-certified law firm" that can directly engage in patent agency business.
As a reward for everyone's hard work for a year and to improve team cohesion, all members of the Xianglong team went to Japan for tourism exchanges.

In April 2014, the Supreme People’s Court of China released 2013 Typical Intellectual Property Lawsuits of China, which includes 14 cases about patent infringement and patent right verification. 2 cases won by Shine were listed among typical patent infringement and patent right verification, accounting for 1/7 of patent cases.

In April 2006, Zhejiang Provincial High People’s Court for the first time announced Chinese Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Lawsuits, and the case of foreign patent infringement represented by Shine ranks first among such lawsuits. Afterwards, the cases represented by Shine were continuously listed among Chinese Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Lawsuits by Zhejiang Province People's High Court.

Hangzhou Wining Shine IP Agent Ltd (Hangzhou Shine Trademark Agent Ltd) was established in February 2004 subject to approval of Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, and specializes in agency for trademark application and supervision on IP procedures.
Zhenjiang Shine Patent Office was appointed by the State Intellectual Property Office as an enterprise for foreign patent agency in June 2004.

In February, Hangzhou Wanyin Shine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou Shine Patent Office Co., Ltd.) was established with the approval of the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, specializing in trademark and intellectual property process supervision and agency affairs.
In June, Zhejiang Shine Patent Office was designated as a foreign-related patent agency by the State Intellectual Property Office.
