IP Lawsuits of Shine® Listed in Chinese Top 50 Typical IP Lawsuits

The Supreme People’s Court of China released 2013 Chinese Top 50 Typical Intellectual Property Lawsuits. The lawsuits agented by Shine® including the appeals of dispute about inventor’s patent right, case review of administrative dispute about invalidation of foreign patent for invention, were collected, taking account 1/7 of the typical ones and indicating brilliant abilities of Shine® in patent lawsuit.

Besides, <39 typical and instructive legal> subjects are concluded by the Supreme People’s Court of China in 2013 Annual Report on Intellectual Property Lawsuits, among which there are “The Criteria of Overrange Modification of Patent Application” and “Modification and Remedy for Non-invention in Patent Application” which were involved in the lawsuits agented by Shine® as an indication for brilliant achievements of Shine®.
